Here are a few things I like about our relationship with Computer Age: Friendly service, requests/tickets are fulfilled quickly, support team is available off-hours to make sure my busy season needs were met, I feel like our needs are a priority to you, your team does a good job of explaining things to us, though I can’t say I always understand IT lingo, you provide alternatives and your point of view as far as IT tools our business uses/could use.
